摘  要:为适应应用创新型人才培养的需要,在有机化学教学中实施“案例化”教学模式,打破传统的“满堂灌”的教学方法,将理论和实际进一步融合,提高教学的实效性,激发学生学习兴趣和积极性,增强学生的参与度。《有机化学》课程理论性强,为提高教学效果,本文以“对映异构现象”及“化合物的旋光性与旋光性化合物的拆分及合成”章节教学中,引入沙利度胺“反应停”药害事件,引导学生自主预习、发现并分析案例,将有机化学合成反应和不对称有机合成紧紧的联系到一起,有利于帮助学生了解有机化学反应的应用和魅力,进而提高学生学习效率。To meet the needs of training innovative talents,“case-teaching”method has been applied in Organic Chemistry teaching,breaking the traditional“full classroom”teaching method,further integrating theory and practice,improving the effectiveness of teaching,stimulating students learning interest and enthusiasm,and enhancing students participation.The course of Organic Chemistry is highly theoretical.To improve the teaching effect,the Thalidomide event in the chapters of“Enantiomorphism”and“Optical activity of Compounds and the resolution and Synthesis of Optical Compounds”was introduced,guiding students to preview,discover and analyze cases independently,and closely links the organic chemical synthesis reaction with asymmetric organic synthesis.It was helpful to help students understand the application and charm of organic chemical reactions,and further improve students learning efficiency.
