摘  要:为了开拓地方本科院校化学师范专业高年级学生的学科视野,提高化学综合实验课程的新颖性、创新性和探索性,通过科教融合,本文设计开发了“乳液模板法调控多孔碳微球内部结构”的科研创新实验。探究了氢氧化钠浓度、聚合温度和苯酚用量等制备条件对多孔碳微球内部结构的影响,最终得到各种不同内部结构的多孔碳微球。通过优化实验细节,使获得的多孔碳微球具有重现性好、可操作性强、易于延伸拓展等优点,进而满足实验教学的设计要求。该实验涉及分析化学、物理化学及材料化学等多个学科,在提升学生学科素养、实验技能的同时,进一步锻炼了学生的创新思维能力和科研探索精神。In order to broaden the discipline vision of the senior students majoring in Chemistry teacher training in local undergraduate colleges and universities,and improve the novelty,innovation and exploration of the comprehensive chemical experiment course,through the integration of science and education,a scientific research innovation experiment of“lotion template method to regulate the internal structure of porous carbon microspheres”was designed and developed,and various porous carbon microspheres with different internal structures were obtained by optimizing the preparation conditions.The effects of preparation conditions such as sodium hydroxide concentration,polymerization temperature and phenol dosage on the internal structure of porous carbon microspheres were explored,and various porous carbon microspheres with different internal structures were ultimately obtained.By optimizing the experimental details,the obtained porous carbon microspheres had the advantages of good reproducibility,strong operability,and easy extension and expansion,thereby meeting the design requirements of experimental teaching.This experiment involved multiple disciplines such as Analytical Chemistry,Physical Chemistry and Materials Chemistry.While improving students’subject literacy and experimental skills,it further exercised their innovative thinking ability and scientific exploration spirit.
