摘 要:作为目前国内投资最大的大科学装置,上海硬X射线自由电子激光采用了全超导的加速器技术。为此而建立的低温工厂,也是目前国内规模最大、技术最复杂的氦低温生产和运行系统。长久以来,2 k/4 k的大型低温系统的测控方案普遍采用西门子的PLC作为核心控制器;WINCC实现上层用户界面。基于西门子的低温测控系统具有成熟可靠的特点,缺点是版权费高昂,各种技术细节不透明开放。近年来,随着开源技术的日新月异,以及国内测控技术的发展,让采用开源及国产的软硬件,替代进口及商业保护的软硬件来构建开放、友好、自主知识产权的低温测控系统成为可能。基于此针对多通道低温传输管线漏热测试需求,以液氦多通道低温传输管线为研究对象,基于开源的Codesys设计了低温传输管线漏热测试监控系统,该监控系统可实现不同多通道低温传输管线、不同绝热支撑及不同多层绝热材料的漏热测试对比优化实验,基于该开源控制系统搭建的漏热测试监控平台,开展了多轮多通道低温传输管线漏热性能实验研究,经过监控系统所采集的数据计算得到样段整管漏热为0.867 W,验证了开源低温传输管线漏热测试监控平台的有效性和准确性。As the largest scientific device invested in China,Shanghai Hard X-ray free electron Laser adopts the accelerator technology of full superconductivity.The cryogenic plant established for this purpose is also the largest and most technologically complex helium cryogenic production and operation system in China.For a long time,the measurement and control scheme of 2k/4k large cryogenic system generally adopts Siemens PLC as the core controller;WINCC implements the upper level user interface.The low temperature measurement and control system based on Siemens has the characteristics of maturity and reliability,but its disadvantages are high copyright fees and opaque and open technical details.In recent years,with the rapid development of open source technology and the development of domestic measurement and control technology,it is possible to use open source and domestic hardware and software to replace imported and commercially protected hardware and software to build an open,friendly and independent intellectual property rights of low temperature measurement and control system.Based on this,in view of the heat leakage test requirements of multi-channel low-temperature transmission pipeline,the low-temperature transmission pipeline heat leakage test monitoring system is designed based on the open-source Codesys.The monitoring system can realize the heat leakage test comparison and optimization experiment of different multi-channel low-temperature transmission pipelines,different adiabatic supports and different multi-layer insulation materials.Based on the heat leakage test monitoring platform built by the open source control system,an experimental study on the heat leakage performance of multi-round and multi-channel low-temperature transmission pipeline was carried out.Through the calculation of the data collected by the monitoring system,the heat leakage of the whole pipe in the sample segment was 0.867W,which verified the effectiveness and accuracy of the open source low-temperature transmission pipeline heat l
