摘  要:为了进一步提高Stellite6合金涂层的硬度和耐磨性,通过添加高硬度相制备金属陶瓷复合涂层成为重要的技术手段。采用同轴送粉方式激光熔覆技术,分别在不同的激光功率下制备了添加1%ZrO_(2)、2%ZrO_(2)、3%ZrO_(2)的Stellite6/ZrO_(2)复合涂层,研究不同激光工艺参数对复合涂层的形状、稀释率、物相结构与性能的影响。结果表明,激光熔覆制备的Stellite6/ZrO_(2)复合涂层由固熔体相γ-Co和CoCX、Cr7C3、少量m-ZrO_(2)、t-ZrO_(2)组成,不同含量的ZrO_(2)均能得到成型质量良好的Stellite6/ZrO_(2)复合涂层。添加1%ZrO_(2)的复合涂层稀释率最高;功率超过1800 W后,随着ZrO_(2)增加相同功率下的稀释率降低。stellite6/ZrO_(2)复合涂层的熔覆层和熔化层硬度相比于stellite6合金涂层均有明显提高,stellite6/ZrO_(2)复合涂层的最高硬度为HV1052,达到stellite6合金涂层最大硬度的2.21倍,Stellite6合金涂层中添加ZrO_(2)能够进一步有效提高强化效果。In order to further improve the strengthening effect of Stellite 6 alloy coatings,the preparation of metal/ceramic composite coatings by adding high hardness phases has become an important technical means.In this paper,Stellite6/ZrO_(2)complex coating with 1%ZrO_(2),2%ZrO_(2),and 3%ZrO_(2)added was prepared on 45 steel surface by powder feeding laser cladding technology with different laser powers,and the effects of different laser process parameters on the shape,dilution rate,phase structure,and hardness of complex coatings was studied.The results indicate that the Stellite6/ZrO_(2)complex coating prepared by laser cladding consists of a solid melt phaseγ-Co and CoCX,Cr7C3,a small amount of m-ZrO_(2)and t-ZrO_(2),good forming quality of Stellite6/ZrO_(2)complex coatings with different ZrO_(2)contents can be obtained.After the power exceeds 1800W,the dilution rate decreases with the increase of ZrO_(2)content at the same power and dilution rate of complex coatings with different 1%ZrO_(2)is highest.The highest hardness of Stellite 6/ZrO_(2)complex coating is HV1052,which is 2.21 times the ighest hardness of Stellite 6 alloy coating,and the hardness of the laser cladding and melting layers in complex coatings is higher than that of stellite6 coating,which demonstrate that adding ZrO_(2)to the Stellite 6 alloy coating can effectively improve the strengthening effect.
