摘 要:虚拟同步发电机(virtual synchronous generator,VSG)技术作为一种主动参与电网功率调节的控制方案,在并网研究及应用领域受到广泛关注。随着新能源技术的发展和进步,交流能源的并网需求逐步显现,矩阵变换器作为一种交交变换器具有天然的应用优势,但目前有关虚拟同步发电机技术的并网研究均在主拓扑为直流输入的逆变器。在阐述矩阵变换器及虚拟同步发电机技术的基础上,提出一种矩阵变换器新型SVPWM控制方法,将虚拟同步发电机技术应用在矩阵变换器并网控制策略中,使矩阵变换器实现对同步发电机惯性特性、频率响应特性及调压调频特性的有效模拟。仿真和实验结果证实了所提矩阵变换器新型SVPWM控制方法简单有效,同时验证了虚拟同步发电机技术在矩阵变换器并网控制策略中应用的可行性。Virtual synchronous generator(VSG)technology,as a control scheme that actively participates in grid power regulation,has received extensive attention in the field of grid-connected research and applications.With the development and progress of new energy technology,the demand for grid-connected AC energy is gradually emerging,and the matrix converter as a kind of ACAC converter has a natural application advantage,but the current grid-connected research on virtual synchronous generator technology is in the inverter whose main topology is DC input.In this paper,based on the elaboration of matrix converter and virtual synchronous generator technology,a new SVPWM control method of matrix converter is proposed,and the virtual synchronous generator technology is applied in the grid-connected control strategy of matrix converter,so that the matrix converter realizes the effective simulation of the inertial characteristics,frequency response characteristics,and voltage and frequency regulation characteristics of synchronous generator.The simulation and experimental results confirm the simplicity and effectiveness of the proposed new SVPWM control method for matrix converters,and also verify the feasibility of applying the virtual synchronous generator technology in the matrix converter gridconnected control strategy.
