摘 要:在“双碳”目标和加速构建新型电力系统的大背景下,对配电网系统的容量和灵活性有着更高的要求。智能软开关的应用推动了配电网柔性互联的发展。针对适应低碳技术目标下柔性互联配电网容量提升以及系统运行成本优化问题,提出一种混合多端智能软开关(混合MT-SOP)技术和圆锥混合整数优化方法。首先,将可行的功率转移轨迹绘制为设备能力图,通过多端馈线转换开关与不对称AC/DC转换器的组合,实现三终端混合MT-SOP之间可转移功率容量提高50%。其次,设计了一种考虑网络损耗和转换器损耗的圆锥混合整数优化方法,以确定最佳设备配置与功率传输。最后,在IEEE 33节点测试网络上对典型案例进行验证,实验结果表明,与同等大小的传统MT-SOP相比,混合MT-SOP技术将转换器的利用率提高了33%,系统损耗降低了13%,实现了柔性互联配电网成本优化及灵活性提高。Under the background of“double carbon”target and accelerating the construction of new power system,there are higher requirements on the capacity and flexibility of distribution network system.The application of Smart Open Points(SOPs)makes the flexible interconnection of distribution grids a trend.A hybrid multi-terminal smart soft switch(hybrid MT-SOP)technology and a conic mixed-integer optimization method are proposed for the capacity enhancement of flexibly interconnected distribution grids under the objective of adapting to low-carbon technology and the optimization of system operation cost.First,feasible power transfer trajectories are plotted as device capacity diagrams,and a 50%increase in transferable power capacity between three-terminal hybrid MT-SOPs is realized through the combination of a multi-terminal feeder transfer switch and an asymmetrical AC/DC converter.Second,a conic mixed integer optimization method considering network losses and converter losses is designed to determine the optimal device configuration and power transfer.Finally,a typical case study is validated on an IEEE 33-node test network.The case study shows that the hybrid MT-SOP technique increases converter utilization by 33%and reduces system losses by 13%compared to a conventional MT-SOP of the same size,which achieves cost optimization and flexibility improvement in flexible interconnected distribution networks.
