区域旅游发展与包容性绿色增长的耦合协调关系及影响因素——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：基于2011—2021年湖南省14个市(州)的面板数据,综合采用改进后的熵值法、修正后的耦合协调模型和面板回归模型等方法,实证分析湖南省旅游发展与包容性绿色增长的耦合协调关系及影响因素。研究发现:湖南省旅游发展水平和包容性绿色增长水平总体态势向好,但空间差异显著,其中长株潭城市群的发展优势尤为突出;湖南省旅游发展与包容性绿色增长的耦合协调度稳步上升,呈现出“长株潭城市群>大湘西武陵山片区>大湘南示范区>洞庭湖生态经济区”的空间分布特征,但耦合协调等级处于中低水平;投资水平、政府调控能力和城市发展水平对湖南省旅游发展与包容性绿色增长的耦合协调关系均具有促进作用,且促进作用依次增强,而科技创新能力对二者的耦合协调关系具有抑制作用。据此,提出深化区域合作、兼顾质量效益和坚持绿色赋能等建议,以助推区域旅游发展与包容性绿色增长耦合协调共进。Based on the panel data of 14 cities(prefectures) in Hunan province from 2011 to 2021,this paper empirically analyzes the coupling coordination relationship between tourism development and inclusive green growth in Hunan province as well as the influencing factors by comprehensively using the improved entropy method,the modified coupling coordination model and the panel regression model.It is found that the overall trend of tourism development level and inclusive green growth level in Hunan province is improving,but there are significant spatial differences,that is,the development advantages of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration are particularly prominent.The coupling coordination degree between tourism development and inclusive green growth in Hunan province has steadily increased,showing a spatial distribution characteristic of "Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration > Wuling Mountain Area in Western Hunan > Demonstration Area in Southern Hunan > Dongting Lake Ecological Economic Zone",but the coupling coordination degree is at a medium to low level.The investment level,government regulatory capacity,and urban development level all have a promoting effect on the coupling coordination relationship between tourism development and inclusive green growth in Hunan province,and the promoting effect increases in turn.However,the ability of technological innovation has a restraining effect on the coupling coordination relationship between the two.In view of the above,suggestions are proposed to deepen regional cooperation,balance quality and efficiency,and adhere to green empowerment,so as to promote the coupling coordination and common progress between regional tourism development and inclusive green growth.
