摘  要:为了解滑液囊支原体(MS)与传染性支气管炎(IBV)混合感染的致病性和发病规律,研究建立了7周龄鸡的混合感染模型,并对感染后的生长发育、病原分布、抗体转阳等规律进行了监测与分析。结果表明:IBV的感染可以增强MS在体内的定殖和致病力,导致混合感染组的增重显著低于单一病原感染组;抗体监测结果表明,混合感染后MS的抗体提前一周转阳,且病原核酸载量显著高于单一感染组,混合感染的病原在体内分布也更为广泛。研究提示,针对MS与IBV混合感染的规律制订合理有效的监测手段和免疫流程是规模场预防呼吸道病原的当务之急。Beijing Huaduyukou Poultry Industry Co.,Ltd.;Pinggu Comprehensive Experimental Station of National Broiler Industry Technology System;Wuhan Keqian Biology Co.,Ltd;Beijing Wode Bochuang Information Technology Co.,Ltd;To elucidate the pathogenicity and disease progression of co-infection with Mycoplasma synoviae(MS)and infectious bronchitis virus(IBV),we developed a co-infection model in 7-week-old chickens in this study.We monitored and analyzed growth,pathogen distribution,and seroconversion post infection.The results indicated that IBV infection enhanced the colonization and pathogenicity of MS as evidenced by significantly lower weight gain in the co-infected group compared to groups with a single infection.Furthermore,seroconversion to MS in the co-infected group appeared one week earlier with significantly higher DNA loads and broader tissue distribution than in the single infection group.This study highlighted the urgent need for developing effective monitoring and immunization strategies towards the dynamics of MS and IBV co-infection on large-scale poultry farms for the prevention of respiratory diseases.
