安徽省淮北市集约化养鸡场鸡球虫种类鉴定及耐药性调查研究

摘  要:鸡球虫病是由几种不同致病特征的艾美耳球虫混合寄生鸡肠道引起的一种全球性寄生虫病。目前,该病的防治主要还是依赖于药物。由于抗球虫药物长期广泛使用,球虫耐药性已成为当前球虫病防控中最主要的障碍之一。为了解安徽淮北集约化养鸡场鸡球虫感染的现状和对常规抗球虫药物的耐药程度,本研究利用传统形态鉴定和多重PCR等方法对来自安徽省3个集约化鸡场的鸡球虫种类进行了鉴定。结果显示:3个鸡场的球虫有4种,即柔嫩、堆型、和缓和巨型艾美耳球虫;利用鸡体药物敏感性试验评价了3个鸡场鸡球虫对5种常规抗球虫药物(地克珠利、盐霉素、癸氧喹酯、甲基盐霉素、氯苯胍)的敏感性,以抗球虫指数、最适抗球虫活性百分率、病变记分减少率和相对卵囊产量四项指标综合判定鸡球虫对药物的耐药程度,结果显示,除1个鸡场鸡球虫(AH2)对氯苯胍中度耐药外,其余鸡场球虫虫株对其他药物完全耐药,说明安徽淮北部分鸡场的球虫耐药性比较严重。本调查结果可为安徽淮北市集约化养鸡场制定防治球虫病合理用药方案提供信息基础。Avian coccidiosis is a widespread enteric disease caused by several Eimeria spp,causing intestinal lesions of variable extent and severity.At present,the control measures of coccidiosis mainly depend on the use of drugs.Because of the long-term use of anticoccidial drugs,the resistance of Eimeria spp has become one of the most important obstacles in the prevention and control of coccidiosis.In order to investigate Eimeria species and resistance of Eimeria spp to five common anticoccidial drugs on intensive chicken farms in Huaibei City,Anhui province,we identified Eimeria species from three large broiler farms(AH1,AH2,AH3)by oocyst morphology and multiplex PCR.The results showed that four Eimeria species were observed,including E.tenella,E.acervulina,E.mitis and E.maxima.The resistance of the field strains to five anticoccidial drugs(diclazuril,salinomycin,decoquinate,narasin,Robenidine)was tested for drug sensitivity in chickens by evaluating four common anticoccidial efficacy indexes including anticoccidial index(ACI),optimal anticoccidial activity percentage(POAA),lesion score reduction rate(RLS)and relative oocyst production(ROP).The results showed that these Eimeria species were completely resistant to other drugs except for the moderate resistance of AH2 isolate to robenidine.These results provided the information for control coccidiosis on intensive chicken farms of Huaibei city,Anhui province.
