摘  要:为更好地配置众包物流企业运力资源与提升客户满意度,在仅考虑配送成本的传统路径问题上,构建综合考虑配送成本与客户满意度的多目标众包物流配送路径模型。根据模型特点,引入客户服务优先级以及车辆最大载重等约束,提出以众包配送员取送货送达时间来衡量客户满意度构建配送总成本最小化和平均客户满意度最大化的多目标众包物流配送路径模型。设计快速非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)与自适应大邻域搜索算法(ALNS)相结合的改进NSGA-Ⅱ-ALNS算法,分别运用标准NSGA-Ⅱ算法与改进NSGA-Ⅱ-ALNS算法求解模型。结果表明,所设计的改进NSGA-Ⅱ-ALNS算法与标准NSGA-Ⅱ算法相比,可以使配送总成本降低5.2%,平均客户满意度提高15.5%。同时,引入订单饱和度验证众包平台客户需求与运力供应对模型的影响,当订单饱和度略大于1时,可以使众包物流企业更好地降本增效。In order to better allocate the capacity resources of crowdsourcing logistics enterprises and improve customer satisfaction,a multi-objective crowdsourcing logistics distribution path model is constructed with comprehensive consideration of distribution cost and customer satisfaction on the traditional path problem that only considers distribution cost.According to the characteristics of the model,the constraints of customer service priority and maximum vehicle load are introduced,and a multi-objective crowdsourcing logistics distribution path model is proposed to minimize the total distribution cost and maximize the average customer satisfaction by measuring customer satisfaction with delivery time of crowdsourcing distributors.An improved NSGA-II-ALNS algorithm combining fast non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II)and adaptive large neighborhood search algorithm(ALNS)is designed,and the model is solved by standard NSGA-II algorithm and improved NSGA-II-ALNS algorithm respectively.The results show that the designed improved NSGA-II-ALNS algorithm can reduce the total distribution cost by 5.2%and increase the average customer satisfaction by 15.5%compared with the standard NSGA-II algorithm.At the same time,the order saturation is introduced to verify the influence of customer demand and capacity supply of crowdsourcing platform on the model,which can enable crowdsourcing logistics enterprises to better reduce costs and increase efficiency when the order saturation is slightly larger than 1.
