摘　　要：嘉靖朝翟銮子中式案是翟銮遭罢的直接因素。从案件直接史料来看,翟汝俭、翟汝孝连中乡、会试是考官主动阿奉所致,其父翟銮并未参与舞弊,父子三人削籍为民是阁臣倾轧与世宗主导的共同结果。然而,若从当时政治环境出发,随着首辅制度的发展,皇帝加诸首辅职位的侍君与协政要求不断提高,而翟銮本身的个性与能力无法适应这一变化则是其被罢黜的根由。翟銮的出任与遭罢既反映出首辅制度规则不明的主要特征,又体现出首辅制度的发展在当时已成不可逆转的趋势,首辅个人仕途变动已无法影响制度本身的存续。The imperial examination case of Zhai Luan s sons in Jiajing Dynasty was an important opportunity for Zhai Luan to be dismissed.From the direct historical data of the case,it can be seen that Zhai Rujian and Zhai Ruxiao's continuous passing in the provincial and the metropolitan examination was caused by the examiner's initiative.Their father did not participate in fraud,and the three people's reduction of nationality was the common result of the cabinet minister's strife and Shizong's dominance.Nevertheless,if starting from the political environment at that time,with the development of the first auxiliary system,the emperor's requirements for serving the monarch and assisting the government in the position of the prime grand secretary were continuously improved.However,Zhai Luan's own personality and ability could not adapt to this change was the reason for his ouster.His appointment and dismissal not only reflected the main characteristics of the unclear rules of the first auxiliary system,but also reflected that the development of the first auxiliary system had become an irreversible trend at that time,and the changes in the personal career of the prime grand secretary had been unable to affect the existence of the system itself.
