摘　　要：中医康复在患者转归和功能恢复中发挥着越来越重要的作用,中医康复疗法以其广泛实用于多种疾病和疗效显著,能够在临床康复中展现出显著的优越性。随着京津冀协同一体化的不断深化和康复医疗领域的快速发展,康复医疗体系多区域协同构建问题日益突出。本文旨在探讨京津冀医疗协同背景下中医康复体系构建、康复技术应用场景以及中医康复体系在康复学科治理中的作用与影响,以期推动京津冀区域康复领域的协同发展。通过三方面系统分析中医康复体系构建的基本模型,同时研究了中医康复建设中的关键技术、人员体系框架、亚专科建设等,用于医、教、学、评、研、管等临床康复场景,发现中医康复体系构建在中医康复质量同质化、规范化上优势明显,弥补不同医院中医康复资源差异,提升医疗质量。通过对比分析康复医学科和康复治疗中心,进一步提出中医康复体系建设中的关键治理策略及中医康复体系构建关键要素的分析及展望。本文为未来京津冀及区域康复协同发展的研究与应用提供了新的思路与实践路径。Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation plays an increasingly important role in patient outcomes and functional re-covery.Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy,with its wide applicability to various diseases and significant therapeutic effects,can demonstrate significant superiority in clinical rehabilitation.With the continuous deepening of the coordinated integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the rapid development of rehabilitation medical field,the problem of multi regional coordinated construction of rehabilitation medical system is becoming increasingly prominent.This article aims at explore the construction of tradi-tional Chinese medicine rehabilitation system,the application scenarios of rehabilitation technology,and the role and impact of reha-bilitation discipline governance under the background of medical collaboration in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,in order to pro-mote the coordinated development of rehabilitation in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.By systematically analyzing the basic model of the construction of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation medical system in three stages,and studying the key technologies,per-sonnel system framework,and sub specialty construction in traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation construction,it is used in clini-cal rehabilitation scenarios such as medicine,teaching,learning,evaluation,research,and management.It has obvious advantages in the homogenization and standardization of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation quality,making up for the differences in tradi-tional Chinese medicine rehabilitation resources in different hospitals and improving medical quality.By comparing and analyzing the differences between rehabilitation medicine departments and rehabilitation treatment centers,this article further proposes key govern-ance strategies for the construction of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation systems.The analysis and prospects of key elements in the construction of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilit
