基于安德森模型的老年人“互联网+社区居家养老”意愿及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的探究老年人对“互联网+社区居家养老”接受意愿及影响因素,为养老服务创新提供理论支撑。方法采用随机抽样方法对73名老年人实施问卷调查。依据安德森模型,运用χ2检验单独分析影响老年人“互联网+社区居家养老”模式选择意愿的倾向因素、使能因素、需求因素;进而通过二元logistic回归模型深入开展多因素综合分析。结果分析结果显示,倾向因素对老年人“互联网+社区居家养老”服务选择意愿无影响;使能因素中,社会资源的利用来源和互联网资源的利用能力对老年人“互联网+社区居家养老”服务选择意愿有影响;需求因素中,社区居家养老服务接受情况对老年人“互联网+社区居家养老”服务选择意愿有影响。结论拥有社会资源获取途径及互联网资源运用技能的老年人在经历过社区居家养老服务后,展现出对“互联网+社区居家养老”模式更高的接纳意愿。本研究提出以下策略:从加强社会资源整合与利用、提升老年人互联网资源利用能力、深化社区居家养老服务体验三个层面入手,推动老年人对“互联网+社区居家养老”服务模式的认可与采纳,进而加速这一新型养老模式的推广与发展。Objective This study aims to explore the willingness of elderly individuals towards adopting Internet plus communi-ty-based home-care services and to identify the influencing factors,in order to provide a theoretical foundation for the innovation and advancement of elderly care services.Methods Using a random sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 73 elderly individuals.Based on the Andersen Model,univariate analysis was performed using theχ2 test to examine the predisposing,en-abling,and need factors that influence the willingness of the elderly towards adopting Internet plus community-based home-care serv-ices.Subsequently,binary logistic regression analysis was employed for further multivariate analysis.Results The analysis results show that predisposing factors have no impact on the willingness of the elderly to choose Internet plus community-based elderly care services.Among the enabling factors,the source of social resource utilization and the ability to utilize internet resources have signifi-cant effects.Among the need factors,the acceptance of community-based home-care services influences the willingness of the elderly towards adopting Internet plus community-based elderly care services.Conclusion Elderly individuals who possess access to social resources and skills in utilizing internet resources,after experiencing community-based home care services,demonstrate a higher will-ingness to accept the Internet plus community-based elderly care.In light of this,we propose the following strategies:enhancing the integration and utilization of social resources,improving elderly individuals'capacity to utilize internet resources,and deepening their experience with community-based home care services.These strategies aim to promote recognition and adoption of the Internet plus community-based elderly care among elderly individuals,thereby accelerating the promotion and development of this novel elderly care model.
