摘　　要：老年衰弱前期患者的跌倒发生率较高,近年来国内外关于老年衰弱前期和跌倒风险之间的研究取得了显著进展,但在临床跌倒预防工作中未对该人群给予足够重视,跌倒风险管理效果不佳。本文对老年衰弱前期患者的跌倒发生现状、跌倒危险因素和干预措施方面的相关研究进行阐述,并指出目前关于老年衰弱前期患者跌倒风险研究和管理现状的不足,积极探索完善对该人群进行跌倒风险管理的方向,为进一步提升跌倒管理质量和降低跌倒发生率提供参考。The incidence of falls is notably high in pre-frail elderly patients.Recent research,both domestically and international-ly,has made significant progress in understanding the relationship between pre-frailty and fall risk.However,clinical fall prevention efforts have not sufficiently addressed this population,resulting in suboptimal fall risk management.This paper reviews the current state of fall incidence,risk factors,and intervention measures for pre-frail elderly patients,highlights the existing gaps in research and management,and explores directions for improving fall risk management to enhance fall management quality and reduce fall inci-dence.
