摘　　要：影响永久性肠造口患者并发不良情绪的因素及评价指标众多,准确及时地对患者并发不良情绪的高危因素进行评估并作出医疗护理策略是防治的关键。本文阐述永久性肠造口患者并发不良情绪的研究现状、并发不良情绪的影响因素、心理干预在永久性肠造口患者并发不良情绪上的应用及心理干预评价工具,总结了影响永久性肠造口患者并发不良情绪最直接的因素及其常用的评价指标的优缺点,探讨其他影响因素的同时也对永久性肠造口患者并发不良情绪的评价指标进行了深入了解,以期为永久性肠造口患者的心理护理提供参考。Due to the many factors and evaluation indicators that affect the adverse mood of patients with permanent enterostomy,it is the key to prevent and treat the risk factors of patients with permanent enterostomy and make medical care strategies for the risk factors of patients with chronic enterostomy.Therefore,this article reviews the research status of complicated bad mood,the influen-cing factors of complicated bad mood,the application of psychological intervention in patients with permanent enterostomy complicat-ed bad mood and the evaluation tools of psychological intervention in patients with permanent enterostomy,summarizes the most direct factors affecting the complicated bad mood in patients with permanent enterostomy and the advantages and disadvantages of the com-monly used evaluation indicators,discusses other influencing factors,and also has an in-depth understanding of the evaluation indica-tors of bad mood in patients with permanent enterostomy,in order to provide a reference for the psychological and clinical care of pa-tients with permanent enterostomy implantation.
