摘　　要：中医风湿病是以肢体关节、肌肉疼痛、肿胀、酸楚、麻木、重着、变形、僵直及活动受限等症状为特征,甚至累及脏腑的一类疾病的总称。全国名中医、首都国医名师阎小萍教授擅长中医、中西医结合辨治风湿病,谨守风湿病发生的病因病机,提出“合和论痹、治痹”,注重调和营卫、扶正祛邪,以补肾祛寒或补肾清热通络治法为主,常运用桂枝配伍芍药、附子、黄芪、石膏、葛根、柴胡、威灵仙等药物,辨证论治,灵活加减,临床疗效显著,为后学者运用桂枝治疗风湿病提供了宝贵的诊治思路。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)rheumatism is a collective term for diseases characterized by symptoms such as joint and muscle pain,swelling,soreness,numbness,heaviness,deformation,stiffness,and restricted movement,which may even in-volve visceral organs.Professor YAN Xiaoping is a renowned TCM expert and national master of TCM in Beijing,specializes in the in-tegrated treatment of rheumatism with TCM and integrated Chinese-Western medicine.She adheres to understand the etiology and pathogenesis of rheumatism,proposing the principle of“harmonizing and treating obstruction”.Her approach emphasizes harmonizing Ying and Wei(nutrient and defense)Qi,strengthening the body's resistance while dispelling pathogenic factors.Her treatments often focus on methods such as nourishing the kidneys and dispelling cold or nourishing the kidneys,clearing heat,and promoting the blood circulation.She frequently uses combinations of Guizhi(Cinnamon Twig)with Shaoyao(Peony),Fuzi(Aconite),Huangqi(Astraga-lus),Shigao(Gypsum),Gegen(Pueraria),Chaihu(Bupleurum),and Weilingxian(Clematis root)among other herbs,employing dif-ferential diagnosis and flexible adjustments.Her clinical outcomes are remarkable,providing valuable insights for future practitioners in using Guizhi to treat rheumatism.
