摘　　要：三焦作为气的升降出入通道,对于全身气机和气化起着至关重要的主持作用。现代针灸名家薄智云先生发现了腹部全息系统,并制定了标准化的腹针疗法。王丽平教授师从薄智云教授等名医名师,经数十年临床实践,结合经络理论、腹全息理论,深入剖析三焦理论,提出了独特的腹三焦针法,临证疗效显著。王教授始终遵循辨证施治,注重“理法方穴技器”,针对患者的具体病症和体质特征制定个性化的治疗方案。腹三焦针法的关键在于通过刺激腹部穴位调理三焦气机,对传统针灸理论进行了深刻的继承与发展。本文通过对王教授“腹三焦”针法的临证思路、配穴原则、针具选择、针刺顺序以及针刺手法、验案举隅等进行阐述,以期为针灸临证治疗提供新的视角。The Sanjiao,also known as triple energizer,plays a crucial role in regulating the whole-body Qi activity and mechanism as a lifting and entering meridian for Qi.The abdominal holographic system is discovered by modern physician Mr.BO Zhiyun.And Mr.BO established the standardized operation method of abdominal acupuncture.Professor WANG Liping,through decades of clinical experience,has deeply summarized the theory of triple energizer,combined it with the meridian theory and abdominal holographic theory,and proposed a unique acupuncture method of abdominal triple energizer,which showed significant clinical efficacy.Professor WANG always follows the principle of treating based on syndrome differentiation,focusing on“principles,formulas,acupoints,and techniques”,and developing personalized treatment plans based on the specific symptoms and physical characteristics of patients.The key of abdominal triple energizer acupuncture is to regulate the Qi mechanism of triple energizer by stimulating abdominal acupoints,which is a profound inheritance and development of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion theory.This paper expounds Professor WANG's clinical thinking,acupoint matching principle,needle selection,acupuncture sequence,acupuncture manipulation,and case examples of the“abdominal triple energizer”acupuncture method,in order to provide a new perspective for clinical treatment of acu-puncture and moxibustion.
