摘　　要：本文总结1例98岁创伤性颅脑损伤伴肺部感染患者的护理经验。护理要点有:针对出现的意识障碍、急性重度失能、吞咽障碍、营养不良等护理问题,开展跨专业团队合作,进行快速、个体化、动态老年综合评估;早期预警急性并发症发生;实施多维、序贯式营养计划;分阶段实施早期康复护理;实施家庭参与式护理模式,满足患者多元化健康需求,加速康复进程;加强基础护理,全程预防并发症。经过上述精细化护理,患者顺利出院,且预后良好。3个月后随访,患者完全经口进食,生活部分自理,并能自行使用助行器下床进行短距离行走。To summarize the nursing experience of a 98-year-old female patient with traumatic brain injury and pulmonary infec-tion.Key points of nursing are as follows:in view of the nursing problems such as disturbance of consciousness,severe disability,dys-phagia and malnutrition,the interprofessional team cooperation model was adopted to implement rapid,individualized and dynamic geriatric comprehensive assessment;early warning of acute complications;implementing multi-dimensional and sequential nutritional plans;implementing early rehabilitation nursing in stages;implementing a family-participatory nursing model to meet patients'diverse health needs and accelerate the rehabilitation process;strengthening basic nursing care,prevent complications throughout the process.After active treatment and fine nursing care,the patient was successfully discharged and had a good prognosis.After a 3 months follow-up,the patient returned to normal oral feeding,partial self-care in daily life,and could use a walking aid to walk short distances.
