摘　　要：目的基于Donabedian理论构建“互联网+护理上门服务”质量评价指标体系。方法整体研究时间为2022年4月1日至8月30日。以Donabedian“结构-过程-结果”理论作为理论基础,通过查阅“互联网+护理上门服务”相关文献、书籍、国家政策并结合医务人员及患者访谈反馈内容,初步拟定“互联网+护理上门服务”质量评价指标体系,采用德尔菲法对16名专家进行2轮函询,基于层次分析法确定各指标权重。结果15名专家完成全程2轮函询,2轮函询问卷有效回收率分别为100.0%和93.75%,专家权威系数分别为0.863和0.893,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.592和0.617,最终形成了包含3项一级指标、10项二级指标、53项三级指标的“互联网+护理上门服务”质量评价指标体系。结论基于Donabe-dian理论构建的“互联网+护理上门服务”质量评价指标体系具有良好的有效性、可行性,专家对指标评价结果的意见一致程度高、结果可靠性强,能够为“互联网+护理上门服务”质量评价指标提供参考依据,可为评价“互联网+护理上门服务”质量及可持续改进提供参考依据。Objective To develop a quality evaluation index system for“Internet care on-the-go”based on Donabedian theory.Methods The overall study period was 1 April to 30 August,2022.Based on Donabedian's“Construct-process-results”theory,a quality-assessment system for Internet-Based Care was initially developed by reviewing Internet-Based Care literature,books,and na-tional policies and incorporating feedback from physicians and patient interviews.Results Fifteen experts completed 2 rounds of questionnaires and 2 rounds of questionnaires.Validity retrieval rates were 100.0%and 93.75%,respectively.The Kendall Coordi-nate coefficients of 0.863 and 0.893,0.592 and 0.617,respectively,resulted in the Quality Assessment System for Internet-Based Care,comprising 3 primary,10 secondary,and 53 tertiary outcomes.Conclusion The Quality Assessment System for Internet-Based Outcomes of Nursing,which is based on Donabedian's theory,has good effectiveness and feasibility,is highly consensual and reliably evaluated by experts,and can provide a reference base for quality measures for Internet-Based Outcomes of Nursing,which can also provide a reference base for quality measures for Internet-Based Outcomes of Nursing and for sustainable improvement of Internet-Based Outcomes of Nursing.
