摘　　要：“商务+英语+思政”人才培养模式,对促进教学改革,培养高素质人才,积极落实立德树人根本任务等发挥重要作用。文章通过分析外贸人才培养模式和国际经贸专业课程思政人才培养方面的相关研究,提出国际经贸专业运用“商务+英语+思政”的人才培养模式的设计:课程设计中融入综合学科知识;课中挖掘潜在的课程思政元素;课外实践中感悟思政内容,发挥育人作用。The talent cultivation mode of“business+English+ideological and political education”plays an important role in promoting teaching reform,cultivating high-quality talents,and actively implementing the fundamental task of“fostering morality and cultivating talents”.The article analyzes the relevant research on the training mode of foreign trade talents and the cultivation of ideological and political talents in the course of International Economic and Trade,and proposes the design of the talent training mode of“business+English+ideological and political education”for the International Economic and Trade major:integrating comprehensive disciplinary knowledge into the curriculum design;exploring potential ideological and political elements in the course;gaining insights into ideological and political contents in extracurricular practice and giving full play to its role in nurturing students.
