摘　　要：本研究采用文献法、心理评估和干预法,结合心理危机干预实践和经验,探索基于云平台的大学生心理危机预警和自助干预系统的必要性、可行性和有效性,从干预模式、干预内容和流程及干预效果三方面提出基于云平台的认知行为心理干预方法,以期为大学生心理健康理论和实践工作提供参考和依据。This study adopts literature review,psychological assessment,and intervention methods,combined with the practice and experience of psychological crisis intervention,to explore the necessity,feasibility,and effectiveness of a cloud platform-based system for college students’psychological crisis warning and self-help intervention.The psychological intervention method of cognitive behavior based on cloud platform is proposed from three aspects:intervention mode,intervention content and process,and intervention effect,in order to provide reference for the theoretical and practical work of college students’mental health.
