地方农业院校双创竞赛育人的内在动因、制约因素及实践进路

摘　　要：随着农业技术、生产方式、经济形态的变革发展,社会对农业创新创业人才提出了更高要求。在新农科建设背景下,深入分析地方农业院校双创竞赛育人的内在动因,探究其在赛事组织乱序、价值导向单一、赛教二元分离、赛创融合不深四方面制约因素,并从完善双创竞赛组织及管理体系、建设全链条双创竞赛育人体系、挖掘校内外双创竞赛育人资源以及构建双创竞赛奖励评价机制四个方面提出探索地方农业院校双创竞赛育人实施路径,以期为地方农业院校实现新农科双创人才培养目标探寻新的诠释和践行之道。With the transformation and development of agricultural technology,mode of production and economy,there is a higher demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents in agriculture.Under the background of new agricultural science construction,this paper analyzes deeply the internal motivation of double-innovation competition education in local agricultural colleges,this paper probes into the four restrictive factors of the competition organization disorder,the single value orientation,the dual separation of the competition and teaching,and the shallow fusion of the competition creation,this paper also puts forward four ways to explore the implementation of the two-start competition in local agricultural colleges from four aspects:perfecting the organization and Management System of the two-start competition,constructing the whole chain two-start competition education system,excavating the educational resources of the two-start competition inside and outside the school,and constructing the reward and evaluation mechanism of the two-start competition,with a view to the local agricultural colleges and universities to achieve the goal of training new agricultural talents to explore new interpretation and practice.
