经典名方桃核承气汤的研究进展

摘　　要：桃核承气汤来源于汉代张仲景所著《伤寒论》,由桃仁、大黄、桂枝、甘草和芒硝五味药物组成,具有活血化瘀、通下瘀热的功效,广泛应用于下焦蓄血证的治疗。化学成分研究发现,桃核承气汤主要含有氰苷类、蒽醌类、挥发油类、三萜类等成分,在有关新剂型等工艺开发和质量控制方面具有局限性。现代药理研究表明,桃核承气汤具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗血栓形成、保护血管和神经等多种药理作用。临床上通过加减化裁、联合用药等方式治疗心脑血管、消化系统、泌尿生殖系统、内分泌系统等多种疾病。现从化学成分研究、工艺研究与质量控制、药理作用以及临床应用四方面归纳、整理桃核承气汤的研究进展,为桃核承气汤的现代开发、质量控制及临床应用提供理论支撑。Taohechengqi decoction is derived from“Treatise on Febrile Diseases”written by Zhang Zhongjing in the Han Dynasty.It is composed of five medicines of peach kernel,rheum officinale,cassia twig,licorice and mirabilite.It has the effect of promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,and clearing blood stasis and heat in the lower energizer.It is widely used in the treatment of blood stasis in the lower energizer syndrome.Chemical composition study found that Taohechengqi decoction mainly contains cyanogenic glycosides,anthraquinones,volatile oils,triterpenes and other components;however,the process development of the new dosage form and quality control are limited.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Taohechengqi decoction has various pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-thrombosis,and protection of blood vessels and nerves.For clinical application,it is generally used to treat many diseases such as cardio-cerebrovascular,digestive system,urogenital system,endocrine system,and so on,by changing prescription composition and combining with other medicine.In this article,the research progress of Taohechengqi decoction is summarized and sorted from four aspects of chemical composition researches,process researches and quality control,pharmacological effects and clinical application,so as to provide theoretical support for modern development,quality control and clinical application of Taohechengqi decoction.
