摘　　要：针对当前医用防护服需求量大、功能性差和舒适性差的问题,本文制备了一种“三明治”结构的多层复合型医用防护材料,外层为涤纶抗静电织物,中间阻隔层为不同厚度的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微纳米薄膜,里料采用单向导湿织物,通过热熔胶膜黏合将三层材料复合制成防护织物。通过测试织物的透气性、透湿性、物理机械性能、导热性能等指标,并与市面上购买的医用手术服和一次性防护服的性能进行比较。分析实验结果表明本文制备的防护织物具有良好的舒适性、物理机械性和保暖性,为医用防护服材料的开发提供了参考方向。In view of current high demand of medical protective clothing with poor functionality,and poor comfort,this article prepared a multi-layer composite medical protective material with a sandwich structure.The outer layer was made from polyester anti-static fabric,and the middle barrier layer was made from different thicknesses of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)micro nano films.The inner material was made from unidirectional moisture conductive fabric,and the three layers of materials were combined into a protective fabric through hot melt adhesive film bonding.By testing the breathability,moisture permeability,physical and mechanical properties,thermal conductivity and other indicators of the fabric,and comparing the performance with medical surgical clothing and disposable protective clothing purchased on the market.By analyzing the experimental results,it can be concluded that the protective fabric prepared in this experiment has good comfort,physical and mechanical properties,and warmth retention,providing a reference direction for the development of medical protective clothing materials.
