负离子涤纶纤维的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：文章介绍了一种负离子涤纶纤维制备方法,并对其力学性能、负离子发射性能、远红外性能和抗菌性能进行测试。结果表明:添加电气石和二氧化硅的涤纶纤维具有优异的负离子发射性能、远红外性能和抗菌性能,满足了人们对负离子纤维集健康、舒适和保健于一体的需求,具有广阔的应用前景。A method for producing negative ion polyester fibers was introduced in this paper and the mechanical properties,negative ion emission properties,far infrared and antibacterial properties of the fibers were tested.The results showed that the polyester fibers with added tourmaline and silica had excellent negative ion emission property,far infrared propertyand antibacterial property,meeting people's demand for negative ion fibers that integrate health,comfort,and wellness,and had broad application prospects.
