桩身沉渣超标缺陷对基桩承载力的影响研究

摘  要:为探究桩身沉渣超标缺陷对基桩承载力的影响,以某立交桥工程为例,通过采用钻芯取样法,分析芯样质量,发现主线桥的Pmz9-1桩25.59~25.89m区间深度段存在沉渣超标缺陷。该缺陷影响了基桩的竖向、水平及抗拔承载力以及桩身的完整性。为解决上述问题,提出高压清渣注浆法对缺陷部位进行处理,使用低应变法检测处理部位桩身的完整性。结果显示,采用高压清渣注浆法后,沉渣超标缺陷得到明显改善,基桩承载力满足设计要求,有效解决了桩身缺陷对基桩的影响,提高了工程质量。In order to explore the influence of excessive sediment defects of pile body on the bearing capacity of foundation piles,taking an overpass project as an example,through the core sampling method and analysis of core sample quality,it is found that there are excessive sediment defects in the depth section of Pmz9-1 pile of the main bridge at 25.59-25.89m.This defect affects the vertical,horizontal and uplift bearing capacity of the foundation pile and the integrity of the pile body.In order to solve the above problems,the high pressure slag cleaning grouting method is proposed to treat the defective parts,and the low strain method is used to test the integrity of the treated parts.The results show that after the high pressure slag-clearing grouting method is adopted,the excess sediment defects are obviously improved,the bearing capacity of the foundation pile meets the design requirements,the influence of the pile body defects on the foundation pile is effectively solved,and the project quality is improved.
