摘　　要：文章全面阐述了建筑屋面防水的必要性与施工技术,针对屋面渗漏问题提出了有效的防治措施。指出屋面防水性能直接关乎建筑物安全与使用寿命,剖析了现行防水施工技术,着重探讨其在实际应用中存在的不足。针对屋面渗漏常见成因,提出一系列针对性强的防治策略。总结了屋面防水施工技术与渗漏防治策略的有效性,并对未来发展方向予以展望,旨在推动屋面防水技术在实践中的革新与完善,减少建筑渗漏问题,保障建筑工程质量。This article comprehensively expounds the necessity and construction technology of building roof waterproofing,and proposes effective prevention and control measures for roof leakage problems.Firstly,it is pointed out that the waterproof performance of the roof is directly related to the safety and service life of the building.Then,the current waterproof construction technology is analyzed,and the shortcomings in its practical application are emphasized.A series of targeted prevention and control strategies are proposed for common causes of roof leakage.This article ultimately summarizes the effectiveness of roof waterproofing construction technology and leakage prevention strategies,and looks forward to future development directions,aiming to promote the innovation and improvement of roof waterproofing technology in practice,reduce building leakage problems,and ensure the quality of construction projects.
