摘　　要：聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)合金具有较好的流动性和可加工性,应用十分广泛。为了进一步提升PC/ABS合金的使用性能,以拓展其应用领域,通常需要添加相容剂来降低相界面张力,从而减小分散相粒径。文章概述PC/ABS合金的研究现状及相容剂的主要作用,综述PC/ABS共混合金常用相容剂的两种分类方法以及相容剂的加入对PC/ABS合金力学性能、阻燃性能的影响,并对其应用前景和发展方向进行展望。Polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene(ABS)alloy has good fluidity and processability,and is widely used.In order to further enhance the performance of PC/ABS alloy and expand its application fields,it is usually necessary to add compatibilizers to reduce the interfacial tension between phases,thereby decreasing the particle size of the dispersed phase.The article summarizes the current research status of PC/ABS alloy and the main functions of compatibilizers,reviews two common classification methods of compatibilizers for PC/ABS blends,as well as the effects of compatibilizer addition on the mechanical and flame-retardant properties of PC/ABS alloy,and also looks forward to its application prospects and development directions.
