摘  要:【目的】以上海市某110 kV变电站工程为例,探讨关键路径法(Critical Path Method,CPM)在变电站工程施工管理中的实际应用效果,特别是在进度控制、成本管理和风险评估方面的表现。【方法】对一个110 kV变电站工程案例进行分析,详细阐述CPM的具体应用流程,包括识别项目关键路径、优化资源分配及预测进度和成本的偏差。【结果】研究结果表明,采用CPM能显著提高项目管理的精确度,为项目团队的决策提供及时且有效的支持,从而提高整个施工过程的效率和质量。【结论】不仅为类似输变电工程项目提供了科学的管理策略和方法论,还对推动工程管理领域的理论发展与实践创新具有重要的参考价值。通过实证分析,表明在变电站工程施工中运用CPM的必要性,为未来工程管理的标准化和精细化提供可行的路径,同时也为应对复杂工程项目中的风险和挑战指明方向。[Purposes]This study aims to explore the practical application effect of Critical Path Method(CPM)in the construction management of substation engineering,especially its performance in schedule control,cost management,and risk assessment.[Methods]By analyzing a case study of a 110 kV substation project,this study elaborates on the specific application process of CPM,including identifying project critical paths,optimizing resource allocation,and predicting deviations in schedule and cost.[Findings]The research results show that using CPM can significantly improve the accuracy of project management,provide timely and effective decision support for project teams,and thus enhance the efficiency and quality of the entire construction process.[Conclusions]This study not only provides scientific management strategies and methodologies for similar power transmission and transformation projects,but also has important reference value for promoting theoretical development and practical innovation in the field of engineering management.Through this empirical analysis,this study emphasizes the necessity of using CPM in substation construction,providing a feasible path for the standardization and refinement of future engineering management,and also pointing out the direction for addressing risks and challenges in complex engineering projects.
