摘  要:【目的】针对工业自动化和智能制造背景下的压缩空气站运行效率低和能耗高的问题,优化压缩空气站布局与动力匹配,搭建能源效率管理平台,建立能源绿色配置的数字化管控系统。【方法】采用现代智能传感技术,结合理论分析,对压缩空气站的运行状态进行实时监测,并采集相关数据。通过搭建能源效率管理平台,实现对压缩空气站的集中管理和动态监控。应用自动模糊匹配控制技术,实现压缩空气站动力的自动匹配和实时调节。同时,开发数据无线传输和远程控制应用程序,实现对压缩空气站的远程监控和控制。【结果】通过搭建能源效率管理平台,对压缩空气站实现了运行状态的有效监控和管理,提高了压缩空气站的动力匹配效率。【结论】实时调节策略的实施,优化压缩空气站的运行效率。数据实时采集和无线传输技术的应用为远程控制提供了可靠的数据支持。研究成果促进了压缩空气站运行效率的提升和企业能耗的降低。[Purposes]In response to the efficiency and energy consumption issues of compressed air stations in industrial automation and intelligent manufacturing context,this paper optimizes the layout and power matching of compressed air stations,builds an energy efficiency management platform,and establishes a digital control system for energy-efficient resource allocation.[Methods]Using modern intelligent sensing technology and combined with theoretical analysis,the operating status of the compressed air station is monitored and the data are collected in real time.By building an energy efficiency management platform,the compressed air station can be centrally managed and dynamically monitored.The study applies automatic fuzzy matching control technology to achieve automatic matching and real-time regulation of the compressed air station's power.At the same time,a data wireless transmission and remote control application is developed to enable remote monitoring and control of the compressed air station.[Findings]By building an energy efficiency management platform,the effective monitoring and management of the operating state of the compressed air station is realized,and the power matching efficiency of the compressed air station is improved.[Conclusions]The implementation of the real-time adjustment strategy optimizes the operational efficiency of the compressed air station.The successful application of real-time data acquisition and wireless transmission technology provides reliable data support for remote control.The research results together contributed to the improvement of the operational efficiency of compressed air stations and the reduction of enterprises'energy consumption.
