摘 要:【目的】研究气象条件对开封市高速公路安全行车的影响及防范应用,为提升中原交通枢纽通行能力和保障交通安全提供保障。【方法】基于2016—2020年开封市地面气象资料和高速公路交通事故资料,使用泰森多边形法等方法进行分析。【结果】10时和16时为一天中发生交通事故的两个波峰,2月和10月为一年中发生交通事故的两个高峰期,节假日交通事故发生次数是日平均的2~5倍。不利气象条件下的交通事故占全部的34.5%,其中降雨天气发生的事故占全部不利气象条件下交通事故的49.6%。【结论】暴雨及以上降雨天气发生的交通事故发生率最大,小雨天气发生的交通事故次数最多。气温≥35.6℃时的晴好少云天气,交通事故溢出率≥15%。当能见度≤4 km时,随着能见度的减小,交通事故溢出率总体呈上升,但略有波动。根据开封气候特征提出了相应的防范建议。[Purposes]This paper studies the impact of meteorological conditions on the safe driving of highways in Kaifeng and its preventive applications to improve the traffic capacity of the Central Plains transportation hub and ensure traffic safety.[Methods]Based on the ground meteorological data and highway traffic accident data of Kaifeng City from 2016 to 2020,using analysis methods such as the Tyson polygon method,this study investigates the impact of meteorological conditions on the safe driving of highways in Kaifeng City.[Findings]Traffic accidents have two peaks in a day at 10:00 and 16:00,the two peak periods in a year lies in February and October.,and the number of traffic accidents on holidays is 2~5 times of the daily average.Traffic accidents under adverse weather conditions accounted for 34.5% of all traffic accidents,of which the accidents occurred in rain weather accounted for 49.6% of all accidents under adverse weather conditions.[Conclusions]The incidence of traffic accidents is the highest in rainstorm and above rainfall weather,and the traffic accidents occurred in light rain weather was the largest.The overflow rate of traffic accidents is≥15% in the sunny weather with less clouds and air temperature≥35.6℃.When visibility is≤4 km,with the reduction of visibility,traffic accident overflow rate generally increased,but slightly fluctuated.At the same time,this paper puts forward corresponding prevention suggestions according to the climate characteristics of Kaifeng.
