摘  要:专业学位博士教育在推动产业发展、提升社会经济竞争力、促进产教融合等方面发挥重要作用。理性选择制度主义视角分析发现,我国专业学位博士教育不同利益主体(行动者)的理性选择直接决定了专业学位博士教育的价值取向——学术性、职业性、效益性与多样性;多种理性选择推动不同阶段政策变迁,且愈集中于指向统一的政策目标——推动专业学位博士教育真正服务于行业产业发展;政策执行过程中显现出相关政策及制度不完善、部分培养方案不配套、政策资源投入不足、政策监督机制不健全等问题,亟需优化调整。Professional doctoral education plays an important role in promoting industrial development,enhancing social and economic competitiveness,and fostering the integration of industry and educa-tion.From the perspective of rational choice institutionalism,this paper reveals that the rational choices made by different stakeholders directly shape the value orientation of professional doctoral ed-ucation in China,encompassing academic,professional,economic,and diversity-related values;These diverse rational choices drive policy changes at different stages,increasingly converging on a unified policy objective:to ensure that professional doctoral education effectively serves industry develop-ment.However,during policy implementation,problems such as incomplete policies and systems,in-adequate training programs,insufficient resource investments,and imperfect policy supervision mech-anism have emerged,necessitating urgent optimization and adjustment.
