摘  要:科技创新发展是适应科学技术综合化趋势、推动产业迈向中高端的必然选择,以集成创新为特征的工程科技创新为实现产学研高质量协调发展提供了更有力的技术支撑。伦敦大学学院秉持“集成”创新理念,基于学科集成、管理集成、战略集成和组织集成构建了内部集成创新系统促进科技成果转化、外部集成创新系统推动重点技术研发的双链条互动创新体系,对工程科技创新和发展具有重要启发。我国研究型大学应探索集战略规划、组织协同、知识技能、部门管理于一体的工程科技集成创新路径,整合多方资源协同开展关键技术攻关,激发未来工程科技创新活力和能动性,加快推进高水平科技自立自强。The development of science and technology innovation is an inevitable choice to adapt to the trend of scientific and technological synthesis and promote the industry to move towards the middle and high end,and the engineering science and technology innovation characterized by integrated inno-vation provides more powerful technical support for the realization of the high-quality and coordinated development of the industry-university-research institutes.University College London upholds the in-novation concept of"integration",and has built a dual-chain interactive innovation system based on discipline integration,management integration,strategy integration and organization integration,in which the internal integrated innovation system promotes the transformation of scientific and techno-logical achievements,and the external integrated innovation system promotes the research and devel-opment of key technologies,which is an important inspiration for the innovation and development of engineering science and technology in China's research universities.It is an important inspiration for the innovation and development of engineering science and technology in China's research universi-ties.China's research universities should explore the integrated innovation path of engineering and technology that integrates strategic planning,organizational synergy,knowledge and skills,and de-partmental management,integrate multiple resources to collaborate on key technology research and development,stimulate the innovation vitality and mobility of future engineering science and technolo-gy,and accelerate the promotion of high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and self-im-provement.
