摘  要:文章以浙江省山区26县为切入点,构建公路交通、经济发展、社会协调(TES)三系统指标体系,引入改进TOPSIS-耦合协调度-灰色关联度模型,量化山区26县TES系统耦合协调度时空变化情况。结果表明,山区县TES系统具有高耦合、低发展水平的特征,总体呈现“西南低、市区高”分布,高速公路面积密度、常住人口面积密度等是影响系统耦合协调性的关键因素。研究结果为山区县分类施策提供依据,充分发挥交通引领作用,推动山区县经济社会健康发展。Taking the 26 mountainous counties of Zhejiang Province as the starting point, this paper constructs the three-system index system of highway transportation, economic development and social coordination(TES).The improved TOPSIS-coupling coordination-gray correlation model is introduced, and the temporal and spatial changes of the coupling coordination degree of the TES system in the 26 mountainous counties is quantified. The results show that the TES system in mountainous counties has the characteristics of high coupling and low development level, showing the distribution of "low in southwest and high in urban area".The highway area density, permanent population area density, etc. are the key factors affecting the coupling coordination of the system. The research results provide a basis for the classification of mountainous counties,give full play to the leading role of traffic, and promote the healthy economic and social development of mountainous counties.
