站城融合模式下青岛西站效能评估及建议

摘　　要：近年来,国家相关政策文件从不同程度不同角度明确强调了综合客运枢纽站城融合的开发理念;纵观中国铁路客运枢纽的发展历程,当前已迈入站城一体4.0时代。作为青岛铁路枢纽四大主要客运站之一,青岛西站采取站城融合发展模式是大势所趋。本文分析青岛西站交通枢纽站城融合规划设计特点;以交通功能为核心,提取可达性、换乘便捷性、空间集聚效应三项效能评估要素,定性评估青岛西站站城融合效能;并以交通运输服务供给侧的融合为主线探索青岛西站站城融合的路径,提出对青岛西站交通枢纽站城融合的发展模式相关政策建议,研究结果可为国内外其它高铁车站交通枢纽站城融合开发提供一定的参考和借鉴。In recent years, the development ideas of station-city integration for integrated passenger hub have been addressed by many relative national policy documents at different degrees from various angles.Throughout the development history of Chinese railway passenger hubs, it has entered the 4.0 era of station-city integration. As one of the four largest main passenger stations in Qingdao railway hub, it is an irresistible trend for Qingdao West station to adopt the station-city integration pattern. The planning and design characteristics of station-city integration of Qingdao West station are analyzed firstly. Centering on the transport function, this study extracts the accessibility, transfer convenience, and spatial agglomeration effect as three elements for performance assessment. And the development policies relative to station-city integration pattern for Qingdao West station are suggested, which is taken the integration of the transport supply side as the main line to explore the route for the station-city integration of Qingdao West station. This study can provide certain references and lessons for the station-city integration development of other high-speed railway stations at home and abroad.
