Transportation for Large-scale Sports Event: Common Problems and Experience Inspiration——Taking Hangzhou Asian Games and Asian Para Games as Examples

摘　　要：为总结大型体育赛事交通服务经验,本文以杭州亚运会、亚残运会为例,立足于团长例会等重要会议,梳理赛时阶段常见问题,探讨如何平衡有限的交通资源与客户高标准的服务需求,以实现“安全、准时、便捷、绿色、温馨”的目标。研究发现运行阶段能否根据现实状况,及时调整政策、优化交通服务直接决定了目标的实现与否。笔者根据实践,参考交通政策文件,总结出遵循国际惯例原则、紧密对接客户群体、加强部门沟通协调、强化分类培训演练、推广智能化应用等五个方面启示。In order to summarize the experience of transportation services for large-scale sports events,this article takes the Hangzhou Asian Games and Asian Para Games as examples, based on important meetings such as Chefs de Mission meeting, sorts out common problems during the competition phase, and explores how to balance limited transportation resources with high standard service needs of customers,in order to achieve the goal of "safety, punctuality, convenience, green, and warmth". Research has found that whether the operational phase can adjust policies and optimize transportation services in a timely manner based on the actual situation directly determines the achievement of goals. Based on practice and referring to transportation policy documents, the author summarizes five inspirations: following international customary principles, closely connecting with customer groups, strengthening departmental communication and coordination, strengthening classified training and drills, and promoting intelligent applications.
