摘  要:中欧班列正面临着政府补贴退坡和市场化运营等挑战,集结运输模式是中欧班列降低运输成本和提升市场竞争力的高效运输组织模式。为探索中欧班列集结中心的位置设置和货物的运输线路,建立以成本最低和温室气体排放最低为目标的混合整数规划模型,使用增广ε-约束方法求解,并得出2种货源分布下的最佳集结中心设置方案和货物运输路线。结果表明:不同的货源分布下的最佳的集结中心和运输路线存在差异,西安、广州、南京、乌鲁木齐、兰州、哈尔滨、天津是较为稳定的中欧班列集结中心。此外,经济成本支出带来的温室气体减排的边际效用递减。研究为确定中欧班列的集结中心和各集结中心的货源吸引区域提供了学术参考。China Railway Express(CR Express)is currently facing challenges such as the gradual reduction of government subsidies and the requirement for market-oriented operations.The consolidation transportation mode is an efficient transportation organization mode for CR Express to reduce transportation costs and enhance market competitiveness.To explore the location of consolidation centers and cargo transportation routes for CR Express,this paper developed a mixed integer programming model with the objectives of minimizing costs and greenhouse gas emissions.The paper employed the augmentedε-constraint method for solving and determined the optimal consolidation center settings and cargo transportation routes under two different cargo distribution scenarios.The results indicate that the optimal consolidation centers and transportation routes vary with different cargo distributions,with Xi’an,Guangzhou,Nanjing,Urumqi,Lanzhou,Harbin,and Tianjin identified as relatively stable consolidation centers for CR Express.Moreover,the marginal benefit of reducing greenhouse gas emissions through economic cost expenditure diminishes.This paper provides academic references for determining consolidation centers for CR Express and the cargo attraction areas of each center.
