摘  要:铁路客运站的安检流程是保障旅客出行安全、提升铁路服务质量的重要举措。近年来,传统客运站的安检方式与高速铁路旅客方便快捷的出行需求间矛盾日益突出。以北京南站为例,结合历史客流数据,通过调查安检通道的具体参数、旅客在通过安检通道过程中的行为参数,利用Anylogic仿真软件建立铁路客运站旅客安检通道模型,对旅客的安检流程进行分析。根据仿真结果,得到旅客平均排队长度、旅客平均排队时长、旅客通过安检通道平均时间等参数,分析安检流程设置的瓶颈,得出采取增加检查点或替换新型X光机的优化方案后,旅客安检效率得到显著提升,旅客在各个队列的等待时间以及旅客在安检通道中花费的时间均优于以往的安检流程,从而对提升铁路客运服务质量、保障便捷高效的运输服务提供支撑与借鉴。The security check at railway passenger stations is the key to ensuring passengers’travel safety and enhancing railway service quality.In recent years,the contradiction between the traditional security check at railway passenger stations and the demand for convenient and fast passenger travel by high speed railway grows conspicuous.In this article,the Beijingnan Railway Station was used as an example.Combined with the historical passenger flow data,the specific parameters of the security check channel and the behavior parameters of passengers passing through the security check channel were investigated.Anylogic simulation software was used to establish the security check channel model at railway passenger stations and analyze the security check process of passengers.According to the simulation result,parameters such as the average queue length,the average queuing time,and the average time of passing through the security check channel were obtained,and the shortcomings of the security check process were analyzed.The corresponding optimization methods of adding checkpoints or installing the new X-ray machine were provided,and the efficiency of passenger security checks was significantly improved.The waiting time of passengers in each queue and the time spent in the security check channel were less than the previous security check process.The results provide support and reference for improving the quality of railway passenger service and ensuring convenient and efficient transportation service.
