摘  要:文中提出并设计了一种3压电片串联式压电-电磁复合俘能器电路。基于同步翻转电荷提取电路(SICE)的输出特性,对单一压电片以及3压电片串联连接对压电-电磁复合俘能器的输出特性进行理论及仿真分析,得出输入端的电压波形以及负载功率的变化曲线,对比验证复合电路对振动能量俘获效率的准确性。仿真分析结果表明:单压电片式复合俘能器电路的输出功率稳定在96μW左右。当3压电片串联接入电路,即3个电源串联时,系统的输出功率在285μW上下波动,且其功率输出均不受外接负载电阻阻值的影响,符合SICE的输出特性。最后验证了标准能量管理电路对复合俘能器在不同激励加速度下产生的非线性电源的整流滤波效果。并对比分析了不同负载电容,不同电源滤波电容和不同型号整流桥对电路的整流影响。A piezoelectric-electromagnetic composite energy harvester circuit with three piezoelectric plates in series is proposed and designed.Based on the output characteristics of the synchronous inversion and charge extraction(SICE)circuit,the output characteristics of the piezoelectric-electromagnetic composite energy harvester with a single piezoelectric plate and three piezoelectric plates connected in series were analyzed theoretically and simulated,and the voltage waveform at the input end and the variation curve of load power were obtained.The accuracy of the vibration energy capture efficiency of the composite circuit was verified by comparison.The simulation results show that the output power of the single piezoelectric chip composite energy harvester circuit was stable at about 96μW.When three piezoelectric plates were connected in series to the circuit,that is,three power supplies were connected in series,the output power of the system fluctuated around 285μW,and its power output was not affected by the resistance of external load,which conforms to the output characteristics of SICE.Finally,the rectification and filtering effect of the standard energy management circuit on the nonlinear power supply generated by the composite energy harvester under different excitation accelerations was verified.The effects of different load capacitors,different power filter capacitors and different types of rectifier bridges on the rectification of the circuit were compared.
