摘　　要：文中对照国家推荐标准GB/T 16271—2009《钢丝绳吊索插编索扣》,以6×37+FC钢丝绳插编索扣为例,插编了折回式(折回式进一)、机械插编方法(折回式进二)和对插式(对插式进一)3种常见的手工插编方法,并根据自身经验介绍对插式拆三进二插编法和对插式拆二进二插编法。同时在插编过程中与GB/T 16271—2009《钢丝绳吊索插编索扣》进行了对比,分享将浸油麻芯编入被插钢丝绳的技巧,提出优化GB/T16271—2009《钢丝绳吊索插编索扣》的建议,分析各类插编索扣使用的安全和股绳在插编过程中容易散丝的原因,通过插编索扣外观辨识插编工艺,总结出了各类手工制作插编索扣方法的优缺点。According to the national recommended standard GB/T 16271—2009 Steel Wire Ropes-Spliced Eye Termination for Slings,taking the 6×37+FC wire rope cable buckle as an example,three common manual insertion and knitting methods are inserted:folding(1 step forward folding),mechanical insertion method(2 steps forward folding)and opposite insertion(1 step forward opposite insertion),and according to the previous experience,the 3 steps back and 2 steps forward method and opposite insertion 2 steps back in 2 steps forwards opposite insertion methods are introduced.In addition,the requirements of GB/T 16271—2009 Steel Wire Ropes-Spliced Eye Termination for Slings were compared in the process of insertion,and the skills of inserting oil-soaked hemp core into inserted wire rope were shared.Relevant revision suggestions of GB/T 16271—2009 Steel Wire Ropes-Spliced Eye Termination for Slings were put forward,and the safety of using various types of insertion buckles and the reasons why scattered strands can be found in the process of insertion were analyzed.
