摘　　要：换流站是直流输电系统中直流和交流进行相互能量转换的系统,内部安装有众多特有设备。为了便于吊装和检修,阀厅及气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)舱室内均配备有双梁桥式起重机。双梁桥式起重机由吊柱连接,通过焊接形式固定于18 m高的舱室内。鉴于安装空间的特殊性,必须在换流阀、气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)进舱前完成安装调试工作,并由于项目精度要求高、施工周期短、任务难度大等原因进一步加大了安装难度。针对上述问题,文中提出一种高空作业低空化、垫板调节焊接的双梁桥式起重机安装技术,分析了该方案的技术难点,详细叙述了方案的实施,并就实施过程中出现的问题给出了解决方案及改进措施。该方案的实施可有效节约施工周期,保证安装精度,从而提高了受限空间内起重机安装的友好性和灵活性,为绿色施工提供解决思路。A converter station is a system for AC-DC energy conversion in a DC transmission system,with many special devices installed in the converter station.To facilitate hoisting and maintenance,double-beam bridge cranes are provided in the valve hall and gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear cabin.This kind of crane is connected by hanging columns and fixed in the cabin with a height of 18 m by welding.Considering the particularity of installation space,the installation and debugging of converter valve and gas insulated switchgear must be completed before entering the cabin,and the installation difficulty is further increased due to high project accuracy requirements,short construction period and difficult tasks.Therefore,an installation technology of double-beam bridge crane is put forward,which transforms aerial work into lowaltitude work and adjusts welding by selecting suitable pads.The technical difficulties encountered in adopting this proposal are analyzed,the implementation of this proposal is described in detail,and the solutions and improvement measures are given for the problems found in the implementation process.This proposal can effectively shorten the construction period and ensure the installation accuracy,thus improving the convenience and flexibility of crane installation in confined space and providing ideas for green construction.
