摘　　要：原发性痛经约占临床痛经的90%以上,是常见的妇科疾病之一,多见于年轻女性,西医多采用口服药物治疗,长期服用易产生耐药性,但疗效欠佳,且不良反应居多。与西医疗法相比,中医非药物治疗具有显著优势。本团队临床经验丰富,在长期的理论研究和临床实践中形成了自己独特的治疗方法,其认为寒凝血瘀型痛经为妇科病的常见证型,穴位埋线为有效治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经的方法之一,并对寒凝血瘀型痛经的病因、病机有自身的独特见地,并提出了具有创新性的穴位埋线治疗处方。Primary dysmenorrhea,one of the common gynecological diseases,accounts for more than 90%of clinical cases,especially more prevalent in young women.Oral drugs are mostly used for the treatment of the disease in western medicine,but their long-term use is prone to generating drug resistance,yet with a poor curative effect and a variety of adverse reactions.Compared with western medicine therapy,traditional Chinese medicine nondrug therapy has significant advantages.This research team has rich clinical experience and has developed a unique treatment method in long-term theoretical research and clinical practice in this regard.It is held that dysmenorrhea due to cold congelation and blood stasis is a common syndrome in gynecological diseases,and acupoint catgut embedding is one of the effective methods for its treatment.This paper presents its own unique insights into the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease,and comes up with an innovative treatment scheme with acupoint catgut embedding.
