复方丹参滴丸对冠脉搭桥术后患者miR-1、miR-155、miR-126水平的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析复方丹参滴丸对冠脉搭桥术后患者血清miR-1、miR-155、miR-126水平的影响,旨在为冠脉搭桥术后患者临床用药提供指导。方法纳入84例2021年1月—2022年12月南阳南石医院收治的冠脉搭桥术后冠心病患者作为研究对象,并随机分为对照组和试验组,各42例。术后2组均予以常规药物治疗,对照组在此基础上加用尼可地尔片,试验组则给予复方丹参滴丸联合尼可地尔片,疗程均为3个月。比较2组治疗3个月后的疗效,治疗前和3个月后的心功能、心肌损伤、血清miR-1、miR-155、miR-126水平及治疗期间的安全性。结果较对照组治疗3个月后的总有效率,试验组更高(P<0.05)。较治疗前,治疗3个月后,2组左室射血分数(LVEF)、右室舒张期射血分数(RVEF)、心排血指数(CI)、miR-126升高,试验组更高;左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、肌酸激酶同工酶-MB(CK-MB)、缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、miR-1、miR-155降低,试验组更低(P<0.05)。较对照组治疗3个月后的不良事件总发生率,试验组更低(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸可有效调节冠脉搭桥术后患者血清miR-1、miR-155、miR-126水平,减轻心肌损伤,改善心功能,疗效显著,安全性较高。Objective To analyze the effects of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills on the serum levels of microribonucleic acid-1(miR-1),miR-155,and miR-126 in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting,with the aim of providing guidance for their clinical medication after the operation.Methods A total of 84 patients with coronary artery disease after coronary artery bypass grafting admitted to Nanshi Hospital of Nanyang from January 2021 to December 2022 were included as the study subjects and were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,each with a sample size of 42 cases.After the operation,both groups were treated with a conventional medication.On the basis of that,the control group was treated with nicorandil tablets,while the experimental group was treated with Compound Danshen Dripping Pills combined with nicorandil tablets,both lasting for three months.The efficacy after 3 months of treatment,cardiac function,myocardial injury,serum levels of miR-1,miR-155,miR-126 before and after 3 months of treatment and safety during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with that in the control group,the total effective rate was higher in the experimental group after 3 months of treatment(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),right ventricular diastolic ejection fraction(RVEF),cardiac index(CI)and serum level of miR-126 were increased in the two groups,and the above indicators were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and serum levels of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),creatine kinase isoenzyme-MB(CK-MB),ischemic modified albumin(IMA),cardiac troponin I(cTnI),miR-1,miR-155 were decreased in both groups,and the indexes were significantly lower in the experimental group(P<0.05).Compared with that in the control group,the total incidence of adverse events was lower in the experimental group after 3 months of treatment(P<
