摘　　要：通过古籍文献调研、中医药现代研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出白术:功效主要为补气健脾,燥湿利水,止汗安胎。症靶为腹胀、泄泻、便秘、疼痛、水肿。现代药理研究发现白术及其有效成分具有修复胃黏膜、促进胃肠道蠕动、改善肠道菌群、利尿、降糖、免疫调节等作用。已有的临床与基础实验数据证实,白术无明显毒性。临床使用剂量为6~150 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索白术用量与症靶的量效关系构建。By reviewing ancient literature records and modern research achievements in traditional Chinese medicine,and combining the insights and clinical application experience of renowned experts and scholars in the fields of clinical Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese pharmacology,it is concluded that largehead atractylodes rhizome bears the following characteristics:Its functions primarily involve invigorating qi for strengthening the spleen,eliminating dampness and diuresis,arresting sweating,and preventing miscarriage.The symptom targets of largehead atractylodes rhizome include abdominal distension,diarrhea,constipation,pain,and edema.Modern pharmacological research has found that the herb and its active components have been identified to exhibit various effects such as restoring gastric mucosa,enhancing gastrointestinal peristalsis,modulating gut microbiota,promoting diuresis,lowering blood sugar,and regulating immunity.Existing clinical and basic experimental data affirm the absence of apparent toxicity associated with the medicine.Its clinical dosage ranges from 6 to 150 grams,administered orally.It is advisable that its dosage be tailored according to different diseases or different stages of the same disease based on a syndrome differentiation,and the dose-effect relationship between its dosage and its symptom targets and biochemical indicator targets should be actively explored and constructed.
