摘　　要：通过古籍文献调研、中医药现代研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出独活:功效主要为祛风除湿,通痹止痛。症靶为疼痛、咳喘,标靶为腰椎间盘突出症。现代药理研究发现独活及其有效成分具有镇痛、抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤、保护骨质和活血等作用。独活有可能会导致过敏,使用时应注意。临床适用剂量为3~60 g。Through the investigation of ancient books,the combing of the modern research progress of traditional Chinese medicine,and combining with the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the fields of clinical Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese pharmacology,it is concluded that doubleteeth pubescent angelica root has the following characteristics:Its main effects involve removing wind and dampness,relieving pain and arthralgia.Its symptom targets include pain and asthma,while its biochemical indicator targets involve lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Modern pharmacological studies have found that doubleteeth pubescent angelica root and its active ingredients have analgesic,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-tumor,bone protection,blood activation and other effects.The herb may cause allergy and should be used with caution.Its clinical dosage ranges from 3 to 60 grams.
