逐瘀通痹汤治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察逐瘀通痹汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的冠心病心绞痛患者82例,随机分为两组各41例。对照组予常规西药治疗冠心病;治疗组在对照组基础上加服逐瘀通痹汤,连续用药8周。观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,治疗组较对照组的心绞痛持续时间及发作频率显著降低(P﹤0.05),硝酸甘油的用量减少(P﹤0.05);且治疗组超声心动图中左心房内径(LA)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)较对照组明显降低(P﹤0.05),左室射血分数(LVEF)较对照组明显升高(P﹤0.05);治疗组血脂四项(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)、超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、脑钠肽指标水平较对照组明显降低(P﹤0.05)。结论:逐瘀通痹汤治疗冠心病心绞痛患者疗效较好,可改善患者临床症状及各项心功能指标水平。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhuyu Tongbi decoction on coronary heart diseaseinduced angina pectoris.Methods:82 cases of eligible patients with coronary heart disease-incuced angina pectoris were selected and randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine for coronary heart disease,while the treatment group was treated plus with Zhuyu Tongbi decoction on the basis of control group continuously for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy was observed in two groups.Results:After treatment,the duration and seizure frequency of angina pectoris of treatment group were significantly decreased compared with control group(P﹤0.05),and the dosage of nitroglycerin of treatment group was reduced(P﹤0.05);the left atrial diameter(LA)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in echocardiography of treatment group were significantly decreased compared with control group(P﹤0.05),and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of treatment group was significantly increased compared with control group(P﹤0.05);the levels of various indexes of treatment group such as four blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and brain natriuretic peptide were significantly decreased compared with control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Zhuyu Tongbi decoction on coronary heart disease-induced angina pectoris is better,which can improve the clinical symptoms and various indexes of cardiac function.
