和脉胶囊治疗艾滋病高效抗反转录病毒干预后脂代谢异常临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察和脉胶囊对接受高效抗反转录病毒治疗后血脂代谢异常的艾滋病患者的临床疗效。方法:选择60例接受高效抗反转录病毒治疗后血脂代谢异常的艾滋病患者,随机分为两组各30例。对照组予高效抗反转录病毒治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合和脉胶囊治疗,疗程6个月。评估脂代谢、中医症状、生存质量、体质量指数(BMI)、免疫功能、病毒载量及安全性。结果:治疗后,治疗组总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平明显降低(P﹤0.05),中医症状明显改善(P﹤0.05),且改善程度优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。两组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、生存质量、BMI及免疫功能及病毒载量差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论:和脉胶囊可降低高效抗反转录病毒治疗后脂代谢异常的显著患者总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平,改善中医症状,安全性好。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Hemai capsule on dyslipidemia after highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART)for AIDS.Methods:60 cases of AIDS patients with dyslipidemia after undergoing HAART were selected and randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by HAART,while the treatment group was treated plus with Hemai capsule on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 6 months for two groups.Lipid metabolism,TCM symptoms,quality of life,body mass index(BMI),immune function,viral load and safety were evaluated.Results:In the treatment group after treatment,the levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride were significantly decreased(P﹤0.05),and TCM symptoms were improved significantly(P﹤0.05),and the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).The differences were statistically unsignificant compared high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,quality of life,BMI,immune function and viral load between two groups(P﹥0.05).Conclusion:Hemai capsule can reduce the levels of total cholesterol and triglyceride in patients with significant dyslipidemia after HAART,improve TCM symptoms,and has a good safety.
