地黄饮子联合阿普唑仑片治疗非器质性失眠症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察地黄饮子联合阿普唑仑片治疗阴阳两虚型非器质性失眠症的临床疗效。方法:将80例确诊为阴阳两虚型非器质性失眠症患者随机分为两组各40例。对照组予阿普唑仑片治疗,治疗组予地黄饮子联合阿普唑仑片治疗,疗程均为4周。观察两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率82.50%,对照组总有效率77.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后,两组PSQI评分均较治疗前改善(P﹤0.05),且治疗组PSQI评分改善情况优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论:地黄饮子联合阿普唑仑片治疗阴阳两虚型非器质性失眠症效果良好。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Dihuang decoction and alprazolam tablets on nonorganic insomnia with syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang.Methods:80 cases of patients diagnosed as nonorganic insomnia with syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alprazolam tablets,while the treatment group was treated with Dihuang decoction and alprazolam tablets.The course of treatment was 4 weeks for two groups.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed in two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 82.50%in the treatment group and 77.50%in the control group respectively,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).In both groups after treatment,PSQI scores were improved compared with pre-treatment(P﹤0.05),and the improvement of treatment group was better than that of control group(P﹤0.05).The difference was statistically unsignificant compared the incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups(P﹥0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Dihuang decoction and alprazolam tablets on non-organic insomnia with syndrome of deficiency of both yin and yang is better.
