活络效灵丹加味联合经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察活络效灵丹加味治疗肾虚血瘀型骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法:将80例肾虚血瘀型骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者随机分为两组各40例。对照组予经皮椎体成形术及抗骨质疏松基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予活络效灵丹加味,两组疗程均为4周。比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛评分、脊柱功能指数,治疗前和治疗后3个月的骨代谢指标。结果:治疗组总有效率92.31%,对照组总有效率72.50%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗后,治疗组疼痛评分、脊柱功能指数及骨代谢指标的改善程度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:活络效灵丹加味治疗肾虚血瘀型骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折,能改善患者的临床症状和骨代谢指标,促进功能恢复,临床疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Huoluo Xiaoling pellet on osteoporotic vertebral compressive fracture(OVCF)with syndrome of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis.Methods:80 cases of patients with OVCF with syndrome of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)and basic anti-osteoporosis,while the treatment group was treated plus with modified Huoluo Xiaoling pellet on the basis of control group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups.Pain score,spinal function index and bone metabolic indexes before treatment and after 3 months of treatment were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 92.31%in the treatment group and 72.50%in the control group respectively,and the comparative difference between two groups was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the improvememts of pain score,spinal function index and bone metabolic index of treatment group were better than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Modified Huoluo Xiaoling pellet for treating OVCF with syndrome of deficiency of kidney and blood stasis can improve the clinical symptoms and bone metabolic indexes of patients,and promote functional recovery.Its clinical efficacy is better.
