揿针联合低频电刺激预防产后尿潴留疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察揿针联合低频电刺激预防产后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:选顺产分娩产妇98例,随机分为两组各49例。对照组予健康教育、排尿指导及中药热奄包热敷等常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予揿针联合低频电刺激治疗,疗程2天;比较两组疗效、首次排尿、尿潴留及并发症情况。结果:治疗组治疗有效率为97.96%,高于对照组的83.67%(P﹤0.05);治疗组首次排尿时间、膀胱残余尿量低于对照组(P﹤0.05),治疗组首次排尿量高于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗组产后尿潴留、并发症发生率低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:揿针联合低频电刺激可提高产后尿潴留的预防效果,减少首次排尿时间和膀胱残余尿量,有利于减少并发症发生。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding and low frequency electrical stimulation on postpartum urinary retention.Methods:98 cases of parturients of natural delivery were selected and randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in each group.The control group was routinely treated with health education,micturition guidance and hot compress with TCM hot package,etc.while the treatment group was treated plus with thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding and low frequency electrical stimulation on the basis of control group for 2 days.Clinical efficacy,first micturition,urinary retention and complications were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.96%,which was higher than 83.67%of control group(P﹤0.05).The first micturition time and residual urine volume of bladder in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P﹤0.05),and the first micturition volume of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P﹤0.05).The postpartum urinary retention and incidence rate of complications in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding and low frequency electrical stimulation can improve the preventive effect of postpartum urinary retention,reduce the first urination time and residual urine volume of bladder,which help to reduce incidence of complications.
